LoL Patch 13.18 Early Details Released!

LoL Patch 13.18 – Street Demon Skin Line Will Be Out

Patch 13.17 saw balances primarily focussed upon damage balancing, with Riot reducing the damage from both creeps and champions. Riot specifically reduced the damage of bruiser items, but offset that by improving tankiness, a similar process they did with certain bruiser champions. However, patch 13.18 may take a similar route, but there’s not enough details yet to tell.

Blue Essence Emporium is also back from September 6 and will last all the way until September 20.

Whilst the full list of balancing changes will take a while to be confirmed, particularly considering the recent announcement of newest champion Briar, what has been revealed is that there will be a new skin line. Coming new to League of Legends in 13.18 Street Demon will be introduced as part of the skin line. Crystalis Motus skin is also coming for Taliyah.

• Passive crit ratio formula: 62.5% crit damage x 130% crit chance ⇒ 100% crit damage x 81.25% crit chance
  • End result is the same, just the formula is changed to be easier to calculate

Gwen (Jungle-focused buffs) 

• Health growth: 109 to 115
• P monster damage cap: 6 + 10% AP ⇒ 15 + 20% AP

Irelia

• R cooldown: 140 – 100 seconds ⇒ 125 – 85

Jarvan IV

• P damage: 8% current HP ⇒ 6%

• Rhaast P healing: 20 – 30% ⇒ 25% flat
• Rhaast R AD ratio: 13% per 100 bonus AD ⇒ 10%
